I had the siding replaced on my home this year - not a project that I was looking forward to.  However, Rocky Mountain Exteriors made it a painless experience!  Noah was super patient and provided a few different quotes for me while I considered what product to use. These folks live up to their commitments! Large roof - one day. The crew cleaned up better than any crew I've ever encountered and I am in CX and Real Estate program management. Diego who made initial contact with me handled this project from cradle to grave - he met the adjusters, filed the appeal, submitted the HOA application, and was over the top communicative. He honestly kept the project alive by meeting with the second and third adjusters. This is as close to hands off for a homeowner as you can be for a major job. All of the staff that I dealt with were very professional and always got back to me in a timely matter. The roofers did a great job. The showed up on time, replaced the roof and cleaned up all within one day. This company has done many roofs in my neighborhood and it's clear why. They are well priced and professional. The entire experience was easy. Communication with the office as well as the project manager was excellent. They worked directly with the insurance company, and the work was done in one day!
