At first glance, it may feel like the last thing you want to be doing right now is home improvement projects. And while that’s definitely the intuitive reaction, we’ve updated some of our processes here and injected some community support initiatives into our roofing projects.

Read and/or check out the video below to see why we believe that now is actually a great time to look at investing in your Denver home with a new roof – especially since we can work with your insurance company directly to cover 90% of the cost!

5 Reasons Why Now Is Actually the Best Time to Replace Your Roof 🏡

It’s times like these when we really need to rally together and stay strong. It’s also an important time to think of everyone in your community. Please be sure you’re checking in on your loved ones and doing all that you can to limit the spread of COVID-19.

During this period of financial uncertainty, it’s also important to protect the value of one of your biggest investments: your home.

When times get tough, hard assets are one of the safest ways to preserve your savings. Protecting your home now is more important than ever.

By scheduling a no-contact estimate, you can kickstart the process of getting a new roof. Roofing is an essential service, and we can help you drastically reduce your costs by working with your insurance company.

We’ll also be using proceeds to support our community!

Let’s get started.

1. Roofing Classified as an Essential Service

The governor of Colorado has deemed roofing an essential service, so we’re able to continue to work during this time, as long as we do so responsibly.

We prioritize the safety, health and well-being of our community and have the following precautions, services and offers in place 👇

2. No-Contact Roof Inspections and Projects

During this time we are continuing to offer free roof inspections to be sure your family is safe and protected in the event of a storm. The last thing you need to deal with right now is a surprise leak or major event with your roof. Finding roof damage early is essential to limiting its damage and overall cost.

Fortunately, with current technology, we’re able to be nearly 100% virtual with our client interactions. We can inspect your roof without you being there, present our findings via a Zoom conference or phone call, and can send contracts via email only requiring an electronic signature. However, if you would prefer to be present during these visits, you’re welcome to and we will be sure to practice social distancing.

3. Keep Out of Pocket Costs Low with Insurance

In the event of a roof repair or replacement, we will work directly with your insurance provider so there is no extra work or hassle for you. This is a major benefit to working with Rocky Mountain Exteriors because we’ll not only work to have your roof covered in the claim but any damage to your siding, windows, gutters or paint and as well. With everything possible covered in one claim, your out-of-pocket costs will be minimal. To give you an idea of costs, the typical insurance deductible is only $1,000-$2,500 for $20,000 project. With experience working with nearly all major insurance providers, you’ll be in good hands!

4. Your Project Directly Supports Our Local Community

Not only are we doing everything we can to protect our community’s health, we also want to protect our community’s future and stability. We are donating 20% of profits for all roofing projects signed after March 20th to local businesses and organizations in need. It’s important to help keep our community, especially the most vulnerable, safe and supported during this time. Protect your home and the local Denver economy at the same time.
