Easy to get in and out. It’s a small store but they were quick to help me in and out. They offered to upsell some branded related items, but not in an annoying way. The associate suggested I tried the shoes on while in the store which turned out to be an excellent call. Thanks for that 😊 I’d come back for the product selection and service. Thanks for the good experience.

Solid place to find some good shoes. They offer most well known brands aside from Nike and can order any shoe they don’t have in stock to be sent to your preferred address.

The staff is respectful and are willing to help find what you need, especially now that the pandemic has caused a drop in foot traffic around the 16th St Mall.

Awesome experience! Not much parking that you’re *really* allowed to use, but I managed to successfully park at the Meininger’s parking lot. I spent most of my time in the card game section, and it’s awesome. As someone new to mtg, the cashiers were helpful, but a little intimidating to talk to. Overall very good and worth a visit!

I love costumes ! I love renaissance festivals! ( yes, I am a bit of a Rennie!) Great place to go for such preparations! Great place for novelty and unique gifts! I love the wall with all the magician and circus advertisements from the old days! Nostalgia!🤩

I love this shop!! It was such a fun experience! They had everything for so many different people and the decorations were so interesting. I’ve lived near Denver all my life and never heard of this place but I’m glad we found it. Definitely a hidden treasure in Colorado.

Open & clean. Lots to choose from. Powered ahead & picked up in store. Online said pick up at photo counter, sign in store has you pick up at checkout. They are right next to each other. But still a helpful hint.

Ok the clothing selection isn’t…all I wanted was a white shirt.nope. however, they have lots of other truly cool things and what I discovered is , if you start down the winding check out lane, there’s cool stuff there. That way instead of spending way more than I intend I got the “had to haves” first. There is a woman named Sue who is amazing, sens of style & price

That is a great place for shopping! Reasonable prices, many places to eat nearby, and a good variety of items. Also, this place has a really good placement – there are many places to visit and quite a good variety of places where you can relax after active shopping.

I’m from out of town, and back in my town I did not need to ask permission to use a fitting room. It was raining outside, and I need to change my shirt. I went in the fitting room downstairs and I was stopped by employee. He started to insult me and call me disrespectful. He proceeded to say how poorly raised I was, which is a direct insult to my family. I tried to explain it was a misunderstanding and that all I was trying to do was to change my shirt. But, he attacked my character even though he didn’t know me. I think this is unacceptable and very rude that he had the nerve to say stuff like that. You should never say that kind of stuff to another person and he needs to be held accountable for his rude behavior. For those reading this, he’s a short, older Latino man who works downstairs. I’d stay clear from him because he’s extremely disrespectful and has no class whatsoever.

Had to jump in here to get out of the rain. Fortunately for me, this place was great. Such a clean Ross store and the clothing and merchandise is in immaculate condition. I was pleased to find a few shirts that I like. There is plenty of light, and mirrors and room to shop. The store has a great variety of merchandise and I feel like everyone in the whole family can find something they like. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be enough support staff, and the lines can get very long to check out. Overall I’m really glad I stopped in here and I will definitely come back.

I don’t think customer service has changed so much. The longer you keep your customers in your store the more they spend. I believe that is still true. It is so off-putting when you ask as polite as can be asking to use the restroom, being able to see the door to said while asking. Only to be told we don’t have restrooms. It’s bad enough to be denied use of them is even worse to be lied to about it. How do you think you to serve the public with our servicing the public. In what world are you able to keep your customers in your store if you send them elsewhere to use the restroom?

After attending a ladies day, intro to bike mechanics sometime in the summer, I recently have had 3 reasons to bring my bike to the shop. Everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful. From talking me through what they were doing, basically teaching me how to do it, to making a repair the same day I had the issue and fixing a flat on the spot. I have emailed, called and been in the store and all the interactions have been superb! Thank you Jeff, Frank, Kyla and all the rest!

These guys are the best! Everyone is knowledgeable, kind, and won’t sell you something that they don’t truly believe will work for you. Dominic helped me get a brand new snowboard, boots and bindings for a great price and I felt very confident in what he recommended. Everything shipped to the store, and today I walked right in and Marshall spent a long time helping me mold my boots, get the perfect binding setting and showing me how to properly gear up. Won’t be going anywhere else for my winter sport needs 🙂

Get in the store and shop for some hats! If you’re hungry for headwear then this is the store for you. I was amazed that they had such a wide variety of hats. We saw Derby’s, cowboy hats, fedoras and of course ball caps. There is not a lot of room in the shop so it can get crowded. I didn’t like that all the ball caps were behind the counter so you had to ask the cashier if you wanted to inspect them. Otherwise, fun place to shop.

Nice staff but selection of hat sizes is way too limited. If you’re a Med/Large hat size wearer, you’re fine. Anything larger than that and you’re extremely limited. The website was essentially useless – no way to order anything from the site. You have to go to the hat company’s website and order from there.

Nice place, nice staff, but waste of time for larger sizes hats that aren’t baseball or beanie.

The store is very clean and has pleasant decor and design. I suppose the fashions are good, but there was a noticeable lack of color. Most things were black, white or grey, and only occasionally were there a few colorful garments. I didn’t really notice any staff available to o help customers on the sales floor. Overall it’s a pretty decent place but wasn’t really my jam.

Walked in and Ryan handed us a scratch card with the promise that it held a discount of some kind! We found all sorts of beautiful pieces which Ryan took to a dressing room and the fun began! We scratched off our card and discovered it gave us $50 of a $100 purchase or $100 off $250! That definitely changed our approach to how and what we selected! Andres efficiently checked us out and we walked out with two bulging bags we were very excited about! Thanks Ryan and Andres at Express 16th Street Mall!!

Such a great clean store and the discounts were amazing! They had a 50% sale on the clearance items and I picked up a pair of jeans & after I applied for their store credit card. I received an additional $20 off and was charged $5 for the pair of jeans!!!

I went in to buy a couple shirts as a gift, and despite having 6 full racks (different colors) of the same design shirt, I could not find the size I was looking for (medium, not a rare or absurd size). After looking through every rack that was in my reach, I asked the employees if they had a medium in any color (of the 6) and was immediately condescended by one of employees. Instead of offering assistance, he first told me I was being “too general” by asking if that size was available in that design in any color. So I explained that I had looked through every rack of every color I could reach. In an attempt to be helpful, I asked if they could scan one of the shirts to see if there was a medium in stock, to which he replied, “you’re assuming our inventory is correct.”

I am both embarrassed and offended by the way he spoke to me (which he later acknowledged as “giving me some trouble” during the checkout process). I understand retail isn’t an easy or necessarily fun job, but it doesn’t take much to be kind – or just polite to others.

I shouldn’t have purchased anything today, and unfortunately I can’t return those items as they have an exchange only return policy. However, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this spot to others.

Also, for the visitors who don’t live here – People are generally much nicer than person I dealt with today, and is not an accurate depiction of the people here in Denver, or Colorado as a whole.

I would be ashamed to have an employee represent my business so poorly.

Such fun to shop here! Great collection of western/ranch clothing. Got my hubby 2 shirts and son a hat! More fun to visit the store than online. Have been shopping here since I moved to Colorado in 1995. A must to visit if you are in Denver. Take some Colorado history and style with you!

The service is amazing here, from the greeting when I first walked through the door, to Heather who assisted me and made this as easy as possible. I was a bit nervous walking in, I have never worn glasses, really had no idea what I was looking for and what would work for my face. Heather picked out many pairs she though would work for me, and helped pick a pair I loved! It was literally such a fun easy process! I can not recommend Optique enough!

The manager at this location was extremely rude and the employees did not greet me when I came in or left. I’ve watched them deny peoples arrival based on appearance.They also have double charged me before. Would not advise people to go to this location.

I’m so satisfied and happy with my recent visit to Romantix compared to pleasures custermer service. I would have to thank the assistant manager Jeremy who was completely patient and respectful to all my question and needs. I thought I would never be able to feel so comfortable to be in this type of environment. I know for sure I’m only gonna spend my time in this location…
