I was very pleased with my experience with Budget and most especially the owner of this location, Simon. Simon was quite helpful and courteous in answering all of our questions and getting me and my girlfriend set up with our rental car. After we left the location with our rental car and didn’t turn out to like our vehicle, we returned to explain the situation and our feelings about the car, and Simon very graciously allowed us to switch cars. He even gave us an upgraded vehicle at no additional cost. Simon very well could have decided not to switch us out after we left the first time, but he went above and beyond to ensure our concerns were addressed and we were happy with our vehicle. The new vehicle turned out to be perfect for our trip, and we were very grateful that Simon’s generosity enabled us to have it
Based on my experience, I would heartily recommend this location and Simon. I would have no qualms about renting from here again if the opportunity arose.

Simon (the owner) was very professional, helpful, and flexible. He explained the policies clearly and offered an additional grace period to drop the car off. Even though I ran late, he was willing to have a conversation about it and did not charge me extra. I would highly recommend Budget to anyone around the Denver area!

Extremely dissatisfied with budget. Being under 25 can be very hard to get a car rental. I spent hours on the phone with customer service seeing if there was a way to get a car in Denver Colorado. At one point the customer service agent told me as long as I went to a non airport location then I would have no problem as long as I had 2 forms of ID, airport itinerary, proof of insurance, debit card, and proof of address. The customer service agent change my reservation location while on the phone with me and said as long as I had all of the things I would be fine!! So we got it all figured out. There I was thousands of miles from home and the dude at the desk was incredibly rude and refused to rent me the car even though I showed him THERE own policy stating that I was allowed to. Long story short I didn’t get the car and had to spend a few hundred bucks on Uber and a hotel because I was 2-3 hours away from my destination until I could find another rental company. Budget in Denver international airport and budget rent a car on 15055 E Mississippi Ave , Aurora , Colorado are absolutely terrible. STAY AWAY!!! Even if your of age, there are so many underage fees! Customer Service are quick and rude and employees at the desk are INCREDIBLY rude!!

Wow. Don’t rent from here if you’re in a hurry! I’ve been waiting over an hour. There are 4 renters in front of me still and about 10 behind. Only one person on a desk. It’s a joke. They’d better have a decent car for me.
Wow. Then the drop off! The roads are all closed. No one is answering the phone to help. On arrival (illegally parked the car and walked) they couldn’t care less that I’m about to miss my flight. Never again

Terrible experience. Hertz deserves zero stars. Arrived and was told there were no cars. The one I reserved needed an oil change is what I was told. The staff must be used to telling people this because they had to do the same thing to six other people that came in after me. No apologies, nothing to try and compensate the customer for all their wasted time, effort and money in planning a trip. In the time between making this reservation (months earlier) and picking up the car this location changed their hours. Naturally, I received no notice of this and the staff here used it to get me out the door leaving me stranded.
My whole trip was ruined due to Hertz’s incompetence and uncaring business practices. I had to drastically change the itinerary I spend a lot of time putting together. This visit to Denver was not nearly as enjoyable as it should have been. My experience happened a few days ago and I still haven’t received any word about my refund. Undoubtedly I will have to pester Hertz to get my money back.
Hertz is a poorly run company that doesn’t care if you’re stranded. They don’t care if your vacation is ruined. I won’t rent from them again and will be advising everyone I know to do the same.

Showed up for my reservation. Found myself in line with six other stranded travelers who were told they didn’t have enough cars or any cars for that matter to rent out and offered no solutions or offers of help of any shape or form. Completely oblivious to any sort of customer service or professionalism. People with suitcases and backpacks with nowhere to go. Avoid it all costs

The Avis location in Denver was very easy to work with, from the initial booking to picking up the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and just as described; it actually had more space than we anticipated, and the USB chargers for the back seats were a great touch as well! Worth renting from a place in town vs. the airport for a significant price break.

The car had some damage but the person helping me made note of it.. YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGES TO PROTECT YOURSELF before you drive off.. always inspect the car your given before accepting the rental.. everything went smooth.. she try to upgrade me for more money but i polite declined.. a decent place for renting cara

Stranded on the interstate for 6 hours due to blown tire, and no spare tire in trunk. Car rental taken without replacement, leaving us helpless in a small town with no way back. Had to find our own way with luggage to an hour drive away. No ability to deal with simple situations logically. No ability to help the customer. I am positive there will be extra charges I will have to fight. I don’t think I’ve ever been this disrespected by a company before.

Liars. Unbelievable. After securing a long term rental (at a discount) several weeks in advance and paying for it, we arrived to be told “you’re on the wait list, it should be about 48-72 hours because other short term renters have priority.” This was after we were called to “confirm” the rental the evening before by the location. There were 20-25 groups of angry people standing around saying they had been there for hours with no help. He also stated “there’s nothing we can do if you didn’t have a confirmed reservation”- as I showed him the paperwork and email with the confirmation number.
What bothered me the most was the nonchalant attitude on display to dozens of customers. When people walked up to inquire about cancelling their rentals and going elsewhere, half of the answers were “you’ll be charged for the rental, you just need to wait for an available car to arrive” and the other employee stating “just head to another office or agency and your reservation will be cancelled and refunded automatically”. I finally told the manager on duty that we’d be disputing any charges and filing a charge back for any fees. His tune changed from “you’ll be charged if you leave” to “there’s no penalty or charge to cancel”. Again, liars.
The manager on duty offered no help at all, other than to say “we can try to fit you in by Monday (it was Saturday morning). A manager-in-training answered our phone call and did slightly better, at least suggesting we try a nearby location (which turned out to be closed). Thankfully the Budget location down the street saved our trip.

I am longtime loyal Enterprise customer. I was appalled with my recent experience renting from Enterprise. I needed to rent a car for personal family emergency on a Sunday afternoon in downtown Denver CO. After making a reservation, on arrival at the Enterprise location, I could tell there was confusion. Cars were parked all over the lot in disorderly fashion. Attention to customers waiting outside in line was sporadic. No sales attendants were cordial. Customers were standing outside in the heat with no offer of water. It took up to hour to finally get my rental car. Although the car was washed, it was in poor condition relative to cleanliness. I saw the sales reps. being rude to customers complaining to customer that they were short on people and should of already left for the day. Extremely disappointing as compared to the Enterprise I have come to know over the past 20 years on my business travels. One customer arrived, @1:50 P.M. the sign requested all customers remain outside to be served. No one came out to attend to this customer and at 2:00 pm the door was locked. At 2:10 a sales rep cam out but advised the customer they could not honor his reservation because he was late which was not true. The customer appealed but was virtually intimidated with “No” and “we can’t” from the sales rep. All the customers waiting in the sun were appalled with this display of customer service or lack of, and felt very bad for the customer who was left without a car. I arrived ~1:45 p.m. and it was close to 3:00 before I got my car. Because I had a family emergency I took the car in the condition it was and was not in position to question the way the customers were treated and the apparent chaos of the entire location. I have traveled and used Enterprise globally over the past 20+ years and this was the first I have seen anything like this. Extremely disappointing especially as I was using using Enterprise during a family emergency and the service was so incredibly poor.

I have really become a fan of Enterprise because they go out of their way to assure that the customer has a great experience. This time was no different. Brian picked us up at Union Station….explained on the ride that the car we had reserved was not available, but another would be….he just needed to run and get it. He had us sit in the nice air conditioned vehicle for about 20 minutes while getting the other vehicle. It was an upgrade and he actually took 10% off for our inconvenience. Pick up and drop off were handled quickly and efficiently and we had no problem with the vehicle at all. Very Very happy with Enterprise.

Had to rent a car after hail damage to my own. Had such a great experience. Meghan was so cheerful and happy, she got me in a brand new car and helped navigate what our charges would be since we were using insurance to rent. Great service!!!

Good experience with this location (351 N Broadway). Have rented here before and find it easy in and out and worth the quick Uber ride from the airport to rent here and save money. Enterprise needs to pay attention to one of their employees here – great customer service and excellent personality. Megan, thanks again for the good service! Hope to hear you’re doing well!

If you’re looking for a car rental in Denver this is the company to go to. We had 8 of us on a trip and the car we got was a perfect fit. Extremely easy to pick up just parked right in the parking garage at the airport. Nathan was the absolute best, as well as Alex. We ended up getting into a small accident and they were so accommodating, reassuring and made sure everything worked out smoothly. They had a new car ready for us within a few hours. When dropping off the car at the airport they even met us right at departure location. Very reasonably priced as well. Extremely credible, easy and amazing service, definitely going to use them again when I’m Colorado!

Best car rental experience ever. We rented a Jeep Rubicon for a weeklong family adventure and it was top notch all around. Communication directly with Nate was easy, efficient and convenient. While we were on our way to the airport planning to just park the car near where we picked it up (at a parking space in short term parking), Nate called and said he was sending a representative to meet us at the departures door (even gave specific instructions on which door we should be arriving at for our airline!) and we just passed off the keys and were on our way—a welcome surprise with having to unload our 2 car seats. Highly recommend Mile High, we won’t think to rent anywhere else next time we’re in Denver! Thanks Nate!

Awesome service! There is no standing behind a rental car counter and the app is super easy to use. You do have to sign up beforehand and that takes a few days to get approved before you can rent out the car of choice. The people in the office were very nice and explained they are in and out of the office but had no problem with giving replacement cards when in. Definitely recommend zip!

Extremely rude! I was letting a passenger out that had requested a ride to be dropped off at ZipCar. They get out and within less than 30 seconds this girl with a rainbow neck tattoo comes up rudely and says Ummmmmmm we pay for this spot. You need to move! WOW! Unbelievable! Great business practice. If I get any more rides in this direction I’ll tell every passenger I get.

No one ever reached out to me to make sure that the car had been received. I left it with a valet. Now the company is saying that I scratched a rim, and charged me $2,000 for suspension damage.
They don’t have voicemails set up for their phone numbers, and Davis assured me that the damage on the front rim was already listed.
Obviously scammers. No one ever called me, and they just charged my credit card $2,000 for this damage. The damage was more than the rental. For this tiny scratch. Rent elsewhere. They are a scam.
