One of our representatives will complete a free inspection of your home and roof to assess any damage that may be present, answer questions about our company and the process, and help you start your claim if the damage is covered under your homeowner’s insurance.
If an insurance claim is filed, your RME representative will meet the insurance adjuster to assess the project and make sure everything in need of repair is covered by insurance.

Your RME representative will meet you shortly before materials are ordered for your project to go over colors, different services being provided and the overall scope to make sure everyone is on the same page and we are ready to start your project. If the job is an insurance project we will also walk you through your insurance paperwork at that time to make sure everything is covered and to answer any questions regarding the insurance paperwork. Should there be any additional expenses that may arise during the project we will also explain the insurance supplementing process and what to expect before, during and after the project is completed.
